Shipping/Pickup Policy
Shipping Delays
Orders (excluding sunglasses and contact lenses; see below) placed by 3pm on any given business day have a standard processing and shipping delay of 3 to 9 business days unless otherwise specified by email. Please note that contact lenses are subject to their own shipping delays since they are shipped separately from all other products.
Shipping Rates
All individual orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15 (excludes contact lenses, see below).
Contact Lenses Shipping and Extended Range Shipping
Order processing for contact lenses is slightly different than regular stock items since they include a prescription. The shipping delay for standard contact lenses is 5 to 9 business days. All custom lenses (such as “extended range” or “XR”) are subject to a shipping delay of up to 3 weeks.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of 6 months or 1 year of contact lenses.
Pickup In-Store
The option to pick up your purchase in-store is available at no cost. Select the clinic preferred in the Checkout section. The processing delay for in-store pickup is 3 to 5 business days. We will send an email when it is ready for pickup.
Liability
NuvoLife.ca is not liable for any damages incurred during the shipping process. If you receive products that have been damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nuvolife.ca for the next steps.
Restrictions
We are currently only shipping to Canadian addresses. P.O. boxes are accepted unless otherwise indicated by email or on the Checkout page.
